Paragon Management Group was founded in 2002 by John Payne, CPA, MBA, CMCA, AMS, who currently serves as its President.  Under his leadership, the company has grown to serve more than thirty Associations in Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford, Wilson, and Maury Counties.

 

Paragon operates with CAI-certified Association managers, an accounting department, a maintenance contractor, and customer service professionals who are committed to our clients’ needs. We also have relationships with many licensed contractors, attorneys, and other industry professionals.

 

The majority of Paragon's clients have come from referrals. As our company has grown, each Association has remained important to us.
